Today’s selection come from Haydock.

3:30 Look no further than MR MOLE who I feel has a bit extra up his sleeve. I really think he has been saving it and holding himself back. I can’t get away from how smooth he travelled in his last race at Cheltenham in April. He was still going so well come the last hurdle but just emptied and found nothing up the hill.

I’m willing to give him another chance today where I think the track here at Haydock will suit him down to the ground.

I still believe he is very well handicapped off his current mark of 142. He could potentially be a 150 horse in my eyes as he has a class about him in the way he travels and when he is good he is very good. He showed this on 2 occasions this year winning without coming off the bridle at Exeter and Taunton. Incidentally at Exeter MR MOLE beat a horse called Melodic Rendezvous very easily who actually went on to be as low as 7/1 for the supreme novices at Cheltenham before being pulled out the day before race.

As you can see the potential MR MOLE has, is one off the best in the race without a doubt. With Harry Derham claiming 5lb today it actually brings the riding weight down to 11st 3lb.

The 11/1 available is a huge price so get on each way. I can actually see MR MOLE starting alot shorter.

Good Luck
